The IPC online communications workshops were launched at the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis. They are a platform for exchange of best practices among IPC members’ comms experts and specialists.
Each comms workshop covers a topic of common interest. Usually, an external expert gives an outside perspective, while experts from posts share practical case studies from their own experience. Past workshops have covered various topics such as change management, events, sustainability communication, social networks and community management, annual reports.
