Contacting the IPC Service Desk

For incidents, service requests, user access requests or support inquiries, please submit a ticket through the IPC Service Desk Portal. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Service Desk availability

The Service Desk is available Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 19:00 (CET).

Outside of these hours, you can still:

  • Submit a request through the IPC Service Desk Portal.
  • Send an email to the Service Desk at [email protected] 

Requests received outside business hours will be reviewed and processed during the next support period.
