How does it work?
The Cross-border E-commerce Shopper Survey 2022 was conducted with a total online sample of 33,009 consumers. The target group is frequent cross-border online shoppers, who have made a cross-border online purchase in the last year. In this year’s survey, IPC also included a set of questions to understand the e-commerce impact of Brexit, EU customs changes and the 'cost of living' crisis.
The survey took place in 39 countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and the USA.
