Czech Post’s revenue grew 1% in 2023. Driven by an EBIT of €-55.4m, Czech Post reported an EBIT margin of -4.1% in 2023, compared to -8.3% the prior year.

While Czech Post’s staff costs share ranks in the higher third of the industry, the post has reduced its staff costs-to-revenue ratio by nearly a tenth in the period 2019-2023, while increasing revenue per employee by 13% in 2023. The number of full-time equivalents employed by the post fell by 11% in 2023.
