FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) announced today that it has been named one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For by Fortune Magazine and global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work. This respected list, which was first published 22 years ago, is based on survey feedback representing more than 4.3 million employees across the United States.

Each year, the 100 Best Companies to Work For are selected according to the results of the survey, in which respondents rated their workplace culture on more than 60 elements, including trust in managers, compensation, fairness, camaraderie and workplace traits linked to innovation. The rankings account for the experiences of all employees, including women, people of color, LGBTQ individuals, older team members and disabled employees.
