Public competition for the position of Chairman of the Management Board of AS Eesti Post

According to Bo Henriksson, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, the candidate is expected to have a good knowledge of the logistics and e-commerce business, the experience of managing a company oriented towards customer service, and the ability to manage the company in a rapidly developing field such as e‑commerce today.

Omniva offers the challenge of managing one of the largest logistics companies in the Baltics. The company has a key role to play in promoting the Estonian economy.

With a strong focus, the head of the company ensures the provision of high quality postal services in Estonia and the lead position in the field of parcel machine services in the Baltics. The competition for the position of Chairman of the Management Board is organised by the Supervisory Board of the company. The Supervisory Board will also contact the appropriate candidates.

In terms of ownership, AS Eesti Post is a state-owned company. The owner of AS Eesti Post is the Republic of Estonia. Eesti Post has up to five members in the Management Board, the group employs 2,300 people across the Baltics, and the turnover in 2017 was 99.8 million euros.
