The Supervisory Board of Omniva (AS Eesti Post) chose the Chief Financial Officer and member of the management Jaan Sildam as the third member of the Management Board. Jaan Sildam will begin work as a Member of the Management Board on 1 February 2018. The management board member agreement will be concluded for 5 years.
According to Bo Henriksson, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Omniva, bringing the financial sphere to the management level is important considering the substantial investments of the company and the rapid developments in logistics regarding the facing of competition as well as business models.
The Management Board of Omniva comprises the Chairman of the Management Board Joona Saluveer and Members of the Management Board Ansi Arumeel and Jaan Sildam.
Jaan Sildam has been working at Omniva since 2016. Before joining Omniva, he worked as a Member of the Management Board at P. Dussmann Eesti OÜ and SIA P. Dussmann as well as the Baltic Financial Officer at Dussmann Group. He has previously worked in different positions at international technology company Siemens and media group Age Com, and has experience in the field of start-ups as well.
Jaan Sildam has graduated from Tallinn University of Technology in the field of financial analysis and accounting and has pursued further training by participating in leadership and development programmes.
