UPS is expanding its parcel locker network in Hong Kong to nearly 500 alternative delivery locations (ADL) in total covering major residential and commercial areas across the territory. The convenient pickup locations help online businesses meet customers‘ demand for greater flexibility when it comes to receiving their online purchases. Customers can now pick up their packages from designated EF Lockers or S.F. Stores. Consumers with eligible shipments will receive a pre-alert text message ahead of their shipment arriving in Hong Kong. In addition to the parcel’s delivery status, they will also have the option to collect it from a designated alternative location – either an EF Locker or an S.F. Store.
