DHL Express has expanded capacity in Spain with the opening of a €4.1 million expansion to its facility at Seville Airport. DHL has more than doubled sorting capacity at the southern Spanish airport where it can now handle up to 2,500 shipments per hour and 6,000 per day. The company invested €2.6 million directly in the expansion, including hi-tech equipment, and a further €1.5 million in long-term rental costs
