The 2025 IPC Annual Conference will be on the theme of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the postal industry and its implication for data privacy and security.

This year’s edition will present the use of AI in a practical and tangible manner, including case studies of postal AI usage and further exploration of AI's potential for the postal industry.

Postal business leaders, AI experts and security specialists will be invited to speak and debate.

The IPC Annual Conference brings together postal chief executives from America, Asia Pacific and Europe to discuss the strategic implications of AI for the postal sector.

Attendance at this high-level conference is by invitation only and is open to postal CEOs accompanied by one or two senior executives.
