On 29 June 2023, IPC CEO, Holger Winklbauer, handed over IPC Certificates of Excellence in the management and processing of international priority products to Joao Bento, CEO of CTT Portugal Post for Lisbon's CPL-S Office of Exchange, COI Parcel and Customs facility & EPA Airmail Unit which now hold a Certificate of Excellence until March 2026.
The IPC Certification of Excellence in the Management and Processing of International Priority Products has already existed for almost 25 years becoming an essential instrument to measure the quality of the international postal service. Today, we have a total of 23 offices of exchange with a valid Certificate of Excellence.
