“Across the world, FedEx team members volunteer thousands of hours each year to make our local communities better places to live, work, and play. Through FedEx Cares, we are committed to supporting the communities we serve through strategic investment of our people, resources, and networks. We seek to create value wherever we operate by connecting communities across the globe with possibilities. Through the dedicated efforts of our people and community partners, we are proud to create positive outcomes in the areas where we live and work,” said Jack Muhs, regional president of FedEx Express Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Africa.
Between 2016 and 2020, FedEx is investing US$200 million in more than 200 communities around the world through FedEx Cares[1]. Since this commitment was made in 2016, FedEx has invested US$157 million[2], and already achieved the location goal, actively supporting projects and activities in more than 250 communities.
