The Forum included presentations from IPC on the findings from the recent Symposium in Stanford, the eCIP programme and competition and emerging developments in eCommerce. From the membership there were presentations from bpost, Deutsche Post DHL, Itella, La Groupe La Poste, New Zealand Post, Norway Post, Swiss Post.
