IPC partnered with the Stanford Global Supply Chain Management Forum to host an executive symposium on Tuesday 22 October in Stanford. With the title “Toward a New eCommerce Supply Chain: Opportunity through Disruption” the speakers included executives from AmazonFresh, Google Shopping Express, IPC, Macys.com, Terracotta, Wine.com and Zazzle. In the audience were delegates from Apple, eBay, Gap Inc, Nike and from the IPC membership. The event was followed by a one day executive workshop exclusively designed for IPC delegates with sessions lead by two of the Stanford GSCM Professors.
