SEF on Innovation for Postal Electronic Products, Brussels, March 2011
The IPC Board has endorsed the theme Digital Business: Opportunities to Create Value for the IPC Annual Conference in May 2011 in order to focus on collaborative initiatives in the digital arena in response to changing consumer behaviour and the need for diversification, as customers significantly reduce the use of hard copy communications. This subject focuses on three opportunities for collaboration: eCommerce, eBox, and Secure Identity Services. The Senior executive Forum held in March 2011 IPC has held on this topic and provided the opportunity for delegates to update each other on their successes, difficulties and learning.
