This forum focused on innovation within IPC members for postal electronic products. The forum examined strategies and featured case studies to highlight innovation in this area. The output will be used for preparation of the 2011 IPC Annual Conference on redefining the value chain for advertising mail, transactional and parcels by providing electronic solutions to customers that build on postal brand values of trust and ubiquity. The participants were the executives with ultimate responsibility for postal electronic services within the company.
